This is a relatively short one. Basically Reno my boi is getting an AP upgrade as well as more justification for his RPL. And more statement of Kaiju's Regeneration

• Reactive Power Level

Reno is stated to be able to grow during the course of battle. Dude went 43% to 46% before then jumping to 51%

• AP Upgrade

Reno is shown able to harm a Fortitude 6.4 Kaiju during the chapter (Next chapter, he will probably grow strong enough to obliterate it entirely). Around this level, kaiju around this level can perform this feat. Not to mention, FT 6.4 Wyvern Kaiju are also around 339.95 Kilotons. S9o, his Tier in this arc for now will be "At least Low 7-C, likely High 7-C".

• More Statement of Kaiju Regeneration

As it said, more statement on Kaiju regeneration. The scan does implied that the higher the Fortitude, the faster the regeneration will be for that Kaiju. This is actually supported way back in Chapter 30 with Kaiju No. 10
