Well, I don't see Kisame being able to contain Kamui. Voting for Kakashi via BFR.

Kakashi either blitzes with Raikiri which amps his speed (speed amps are allowed in speed equalized), slices him in half with lightning cable, snipes him with Kamui, physically beats him up, or devise a plan to steal Samehada from him and since WA Kakashi has so much chakra Samehada will like him, and then he'll body Kisame with his own sword. Kakashi wins even speed equalized, no-low diff.
