Assuming Kirby team doesn't blitz...

Tough call. Both really like teleporting, but Marx's black holes seem to give him the edge.

Round 2 can go either way. If Zero attacks like he did in the game, Hirudegarn via being capable of taking the blasts and wrecking up close. If Zero uses all of his dark matter abilities, then he takes this handily. But because of standard battle assumptions, Hirudegarn.

Magolor already won this before. Not gonna be any different, Hakai or not.
