you are allowed to chose a specific arc version for characters, even if it isn't a key on the profile. Medaka has matches specifically for her Unzen arc version, even tho it isn't a key

It's a specific ability he gained after being stabbed by the arrow and he specifically talks about how he developed after gaining it. Jotaro also has two keys anyway, which makes it more logical to give Kira two keys for the sake of consistency.

And Kira Yoshikage literally changes this name and face between his base form and Kousaku kawajiri.


It would be the same tier for all three forms, but there IS a very great difference between the three.
