Donkey Kong is slightly more powerful; King Kong is at most baseline country level while Donkey Kong is slightly above that. 7 Teratons vs 7.92 teratons. Additionally, Donkey Kong is a far better martial artist IIRC and has much better versatility thanks to various powerups. His smaller size also makes him a much more difficult target. DK wins quite easily here.
