Kim Possible: So The Town Level Drama

In the past, this Small Town level calc for the verse was accepted but was deemed an outlier because no other feats were around that level. However, just recently, I calced a feat that actually puts it barely at Town level, which gives a level of consistency, especially considering that the same character endured both. So, the verse would currently scale to Town level as of now.

Also, an extra Stealth Mastery feat for Shego from the first episode, Crush. Even unintentionally, Shego sneaks up on Dr. Drakken in a completely open area and he remarks that even ninjas are louder than she is.

Yeah, I agree with Small Town for them

Kinda disagree for the stealth mastery part though since Drakken is clearly distracted and angry about things, which would make it extremely easy to surprise him. It being an open room doesn't change much since she didn't sneak past anyone else and for all we know she literally just walked into the room and Drakken was too busy yelling about cartoons to notice.
