Kim Possible Encounters World-Class Secret Agent James Bond

Well, this might get interesting. Here, we have Kim Possible, who is... well, quite a fast learner considering that she pulled off some serious secret agent stuff over a measly three years. Her opponent is, well, world-class secret agent James Bond, who is a bit of a womanizer despite his (possibly decades worth) experience. Let's lay down a few things.

1. James Bond isn't allowed vehicles. Kim Possible isn't allowed shoe upgrades (Hypersonic Shoes, Red Shoes).

2. Both Kim and Bond are at Tier 9-B.

3. Standard Battle Assumptions otherwise (and yes, this means Kim's gear CAN fail due to the in-character rule).

Awesome,awesome and once again awesome fight idea.

However Bond should take this fairly comfortably. He has decades more experience, the golden gun and samurai would be far out of Kim's league and all of Bond's sheer cleverness would get the job done. Kim would certainly give him a challenge, but Bond has beaten people on par with himself and he should take this via better weaponry, better gadgets and better experience

This is... Actually a fair point. I don't really see one truly outspeeding the other since while James is faster than Kim in general, Kim has better reactions. There's one point for Bond.

They are definitely on equal footing in terms of speed. Both can dodge bullets so even if Kim has slightly better reaction speed and Bond has slightly faster movement speed, it's not enough for a major factor here. Especially when Bond is superior in most other categories
