Okay stat changes, removing/changing one ability and adding equipment:

Removing/Changing Limited Explosion Manipulation:
In a scene where they give information about the golden bullets there's no mention of it exploding
But he should get explosion manipulation of having a Bazooka in Killer Bean Episode 1

Adding equipment:
Should be split into optinal and regular; for reguar he'd have his golden guns
Optinal includes all the guns he stole by the end of the movie, sniper rifle, bazooka and multiple knives

Changing stats:
Change physical AP, Durability and Striking strength to street level since all currently linked feats are 9-C
Then he should get 9-B AP of using a bazooka

There's a calc for breaking shackles so I'd imagine it'd downscale or upscale of it
Otherwise Ig I could get the steel bending feat calced
