Battle between powerful kids!
Huey and Riley Freeman vs Numbah 4 and Numbuh 5

Round 1: Hand to hand combat only.

Round 2: Weapons are allowed. Team KND can get their weapons from their treehouse while Team Boondocks can get theirs from anyone in woodcrest and if needed the government via Hueys connections

Both teams are in character both rounds

3 day prep is allowed for both teams

Location: Abandoned New York City with a bunch of tall buildings

No, it's just hard to determine the abilities and skills without profiles.

Riley would scale off Huey for most of his stats, I can make a quick profile for him if need be.

Round 1: I think Huey and Riley would take it, but I don't remember enough of Numbah 4s feats to say otherwise. I really need to rewatch KND...

Round 2: Team KND stomp hard. Especially if they have access to stuff like H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P. and the S.C.A.M.P.E.R.

Im not saying who will win but lets look at it like this: both teams have advantages and disadvantages

Num 4 and 5 would have access to more number of weapons then Huey and Riley but Huey and Rileys weapons are far more lethal then almost any of KND's weapons. Standard guns and swords like what Huey has wouldnt get rid of them but im inclined to say some grenades, his kickball and or his electric glove could be a good counter. Afterall, Huey has government connections and Riley has access to stuff from ppl like Thugnificent

How fast ARE KND operatives actually? They seem to be near the same kind of superhuman stats as boondocks in most ways at least
