Now, I'm planning on making a page for Taylor/Skitter/Weaver/Khepri from the web novel Worm.. Most of it is easy enough. I even have most of her powers and abilities lined up.
The "problem" (of a sort) is Khepri.
In the finale of Worm, Taylor Herbert has surgery done that unlocks all restrictions on her powers of controlling bugs. At a cost of range and precise control, she can now mind control, and share the senses of anything and anyone within 16 feet of her. The cost is that over time her mind starts falling apart as it is consumed by her Shard - the extraterrestial being merged with her mind that gives her powers.
With the mind control powers she gets, she takes control of a multiversal clairvoyant, and a guy who can open thousands of portals to anywhere in the multiverse. To use the words of TV Tropes "suddenly, everyone is within 16 feet of her". Via the Doormaker (portal guy), she opens portals around every superhuman in the multiverse, and takes control of them, then uses them all to fight Scion.
The problem here, is that I don't know whether Khepri should simply have "Mind Control" listed on her page, Clairvoyance and Portal Creation from the two main people she controls, or everything from all the people she is controlling as well. Khepri is portaryed as something of a hive mind, simultaneously sharing the senses of thousands of people while also observing everything in the multiverse at once. To write her page as simply "Mind Control" seems like major downplay to me, but the problem is that all of the other powers she uses are done via sharing and controlling the minds of other people.
Opinions on this? Should she just have "Mind Control", or should she be given the other things as well?
