Rules: Takes place is 457's containment chamber; Kevin is outside of it, at around feet away from its window. Kevin is informed before the battle that if he can keep SCP-457 contained for 15 minutes, then he will be rewarded with up to $400. He is given 1 1/2 hours of prep time, but 457 is aware of this, and average intelligence is used for it. Win Conditions for The Burning Man are breaching containment or killing his opponent, while Win Conditions for Kevin are extinguishing 457 or containing it for over 15 minutes. SBA otherwise

anyway, he does have cold water as one of his main equipament

but... I don't think he has any equpament he can use to actually keep 457 away from him or contained for long enough, after all he does have a limited supply of water.... unless we considere that the "eletric sink" also let's him have a sink with him so in this case he could just soak the entire place with water and froze It for even more removal of heat and It can probable keep the fire man from leaving the "safety" of It's contaniment cell for long enough....

but in both of this senarios It's a stomp sinse in both the one losing hahs no counters for that win con

457 having Average intelligence means it has already achieved humanoid form which could be dangerous. However, since the fight takes place in 457's containment chamber, wouldn't this mean Kevin also has access to the technology used to contain 457 already in the room? He's smart so he'll probably just spend his prep time figuring out how to operate the machinery to keep 457 at bay for long enough. If that somehow fails, there's an even stronger emergency sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and water hoses outside of its area in case it gets out.

SCP-457 has destroyed sprinklers before; I don't think a water gun would destroy the scp. Similar story with the sink. It is also aware of what Kevin will use with his prep time. If it freezes, then what really stops 457 from melting it..?

457 is shown to exploit his containment's weaknesses with avg. iq, and is aware of what Kevin is planning to create. Because SBA claims that The Burning Man would be highly aggressive towards Kevin, it'd probably be ready to fight against any attempts of the latter to contain him.

Kevin is pretty aware of how dangerous fire can be, hence why he built a gasoline toilet trap. I'm sure he'll find a way to contain or extinguish this SCP.
