Sportacus is only Sub-Relativistic in attack speed via apples.
Kenshiro is all around Massively Hypersonic+ at his peak.
He's at least mach 1121, which is 384503 meters per second. That 100 meter distance is nothing, so he'd blitz sportacus to death before he gets that apple.
