While Hokuto Shinken won't work in Sans, since he's literally a skeleton with no flesh, meaning no pressure points, Ken still has dozens of other options to win
Numerous different ki blasts, his other martial arts, like Nanto Seiken, which lets him cut things apart with just his fingers, or send out razor sharp blasts of wind, or he can use Gento Ko Ken and send out blasts that do damage on a celluar level, or even Hokuto Ryuken, which lets him use matoki to warp space to trap others in a weightless space
He has numerous methods of dodging Sans' attacks, like his intangibility, and his precog and instinctive reactions help as well.

Isn't Sans's able and very adept at teleportation himself and other people to dodge things?

All this isn't that useful if sans teleports himself or the attack away before it hits him.

except the votes are mostly based on ken able to go muso tensei when he senses immense danger which he will so he will go to and its not simple intangibility too to boot so yeah...and can erase him with it

In this world, all defenses, auras, and barriers are rendered null and void, forcing both fighters to use only their bare hands.
None of that is teleportation or bone attacks though.

kasumi and liu were forced to fight with their fist due to this and one would have been erased had one lost but it was stopped. But again sans has no answer to muso tensei which he can erase sans with tbf

People put Sans against a character that he can't not win
