Adam seems to scale at 21 tons (above Vol. 6 Blake and Yang, with it being stated by Blake she was certain if herself and Sun jumped him, they would most certainly die) tons compared to Kenshin at 71 tons (scales above the only calc’d feat?) making Kenshin beat him physically.
In terms of defense, Aura allows Adam to take blows beyond your paygrade due to its forcefield like properties. Kenshin doesn’t really have a means to get around this. Conversely, while Adam is weaker, it’s not so much so he’d be doing zero damage. However, even if it was, it wouldn’t matter for a reason I’ll get into later.
Skill with the blade goes to Kenshin, who has on sight copying, years of mastery, and training against various swords masters. Whereas Adam is just…vaguely really good with his sword.
So the real meat and potatoes—Who wins in terms of hax? And personally, Adam has Kenshin beat. Aura Slashes, the Forcefield, Low Regen, Dust—Albeit only Fire is on his profile—He’s simply got the versatility edge. On top of that, Moonslice has the ability to absorb any kinetic output Kenshin makes and give it back, so even if you argue Adam can’t hurt the swordsman normally, he most certainly could with built up power from Kenshin’s own strikes.
This really only leaves one thing—Kenshin’s precognition. And I don’t think it’ll matter too much, honestly, because whilst it’s not the same thing, Aura Users can track movements via reading Aura like how Kenshin can predict movements with Emotions and Aura. Whilst Kenshin is doing it to read ahead of time, it’s not that different, and Adam has fought sensors like that before, so I can freely see him figuring a way around it.
I also don’t know what the stamina comparison is between them, but I have to assume it’s in Adam’s favor (because his was quantified) and as such it’s really easy to say he just wins through attrition of wearing down Kenshin’s Stamina to land one Moonslice.
Long story short, abusive red haired creep Vergil wins.
