Other BNHA characters are scaled to this guy based on a statement that his punches are as fast as bullets. Why isn't this on his page?

Well, they're not compared speed-wise... in context it sounds like he's talking more about their power.

That being said, if they're already Transonic normally his much faster punches could qualify for Supersonic combined with this statement anyways

They're Transonic from scaling to Iida Recipro Burst. Iida with Recipro can blitz people like Izuku who is Subsonic+.
Stain can react to and block a Recipro Burst kick (Bottom left corner). Stain can also easily blitz Todoroki and Izuku while holding back against them. Mirio blitzed all of them casually. Also Tomura can casually blitz Asui and Izuku who are again Subsonic+.
Does blitzing a Transonic character count as being Supersonic?
