Btw perhaps Boruto should be upgraded to Multi-City Block level during the Momoshiki Invasion. He was already chunin level before he became a genin, and by that point he should scale to characters like kid Obito and kid Kakashi

Yeah I agree it's time for upgrades. Boruto should be comparable to casual Kawaki who has a 8A feat and 7C with the Rasengan which is his strongest attack

From my memory the reason it was rejected was because borutos rasengan didnt damage ao's clothing.

Yeah it was rejected via support for it not being solid enough and evidence against having more scans for their side. It was pretty divided given the votes for it were split and some were neutral even. Ant did say though that the discussion could be reopened if Kep so chooses when he returns.
However, Boruto may eventually get a solid 7-C soon given how rapidly his Karma developed, I'd be shocked if we don't get a good feat from it before the year ends.
