She is the better fighter, has slightly higher AP and dura but Bakugou has higher intelligence, mobility, stamina, range and versatility so I'll vote him I guess.

Hanabi's actually more intelligent when it comes to combat, I'd say, since she's been training day after day since she was two years old. With this in mind, logically her stamina should be pretty high. You're likely right on mobility, although Hanabi can also air dash, run on walls, etc. As for versatility, Bakugo really only has explosions, while she has her hammer and fireworks which she utilizes in various ways.

Bakugou's explosions allow him to blind people, fire barrages of much smaller explosions and also piercing shots. Her profile implies she isn't too bright tho.

Also, I would doubt Hanabi being smarter due to training. What level was this training? Because from the looks of it all around, Bakugou is smarter. Straight-A student who's capable of creating entirely new techniques due to his tenacity with his Quirk, expertly maneuver and dance around his opponents, etc.
