No, he won't be able to understand it. The Prisoner Metaphysic is a cosmic constant that allow the Prisoners to exist outside of the chains of causality and time that bind the Et'Adas and the Gods. No way can he copy and counter that. And unless Kars can understand and adapt to smurf haxes like Staff of Magnus (Low 1-C power absorbtion and life absorbtion) and Mora's Grasp (High 1-B BFR), he is going to get one-shotted.

Thta's assuming that D4C (or any other Stands) won't also get instantly one-shotted. Considering that the Dovahkiin is a Prisoner who walks through all paths regardless of any contradictions, some of his actions would involve targeting Kars' stands.
