1) I think there is some kind of correlation between speed and strength, so you can make at least a little accurate calculations.
2) not 200 times, since the Kars hamon is 100 times stronger than that of Joseph. Joseph could break a glass of spaghetti and redirect building-level attacks to it. William, with the hamon, for example, could spit off attacks that destroyed a large cobblestone. 1) why is there no correlation? this should not be written somewhere in verse, this is just the most logical conclusion with which one simply cannot argue (the laws of logic are the same everywhere, if there are no obvious violations). Besides, I am not a supporter of the version that Kars has MFTL reaction.
2) why 200, and not 300, 400, 500, etc.? hamon enhances not 2 times, but much more, I explained above why and gave enough examples.

1) Yes, I realized that you will give nothing for this, you do not know anything about this correlation, I will not even ask you. everything that I have said sounds as logical as possible. I do not know for sure about this correlation in details (I am not an expert on biology, physics, etc.), but it definitely exists, since Kars is not a stand, he is a living organism consisting of flesh, muscles, bones, blood, and the speed shown to him somehow takes its origin at least a little from his strength. it cannot be dismissed as something impossible.
2) I know perfectly well that Kars's hamon is 100 times stronger than Joseph's, not 200. Only the hamon itself has reinforcing properties. Let's say Joseph's hamon was amplified 5 times.
