Yeah it's bit weird but Sasukes part 1 profile is a bit outdated so that's probably why it's missing. Orochimaru also made him paralyzed at first but after Naruto got sealed by him Sasuke managed to overcome the fear to fight.
It's a bit questionable how much of it is supernatural willpower countering fear manip and how much of it is straight up him gaining resistance but either way he can definitely combat standard FM

This kinda feels like a stomp now. Taka Sasuke is very much willing to use genjutsu very early on if not as an opening move. His genjutsu here even has 2 layers of potency in case Kaneki had some resistance to illusions and mind manip
His go to genjutsu here would either be complete immobilization or straight up mind control which is usually enough to insta win.

I haven't noticed Tokyo Ghoul's audience acting out.

Fear manipulation is overcome by willpower and character strength. I generally hate the use of FM in battles. However, the most attention it can give is to make Sasuke hesitate and be less assertive.

Bro, he doesn't need to answer this at least because these are the abilities of his other keys.

The 8-A key has:
RE and AD, which allow him to go from 8-A to 7-C;
Mid regen;
Poison;
Limited resistance to Analytical Prediction;
LS advantage;
And also spam flexible kagune tens of meters long, which freely changes shape

Depends on the amount of damage. But the damage to his chest cavity and brain was enough for him to make this leap.

Kagune is just flexible additional limbs, movements and shape depend on the desire and imagination of the owner. Therefore, it will not be possible to predict it by eye movement, shifted center of gravity, creaking joints and other things that experienced fighters pay attention to.

They can be limited but that has to be specified in the OP. Otherwise they should be fair game (which ironically makes the match up unfair).

Plus restricting his sharingan greatly nerfs like half of Sasukes kit here
