Essentially, if the difference between your and your opponent is to great, it’s makes it so that you can cancel out their precog and essentially make yourself untouchable. The weakest AI had 6 predictions per second and is able to easily predict the movements of someone who can speed blitz and even reacted to attacks mid teleportation.

When Shining Hopper fought Thouser, The latter canceled out the former’s precog with the difference in numbers been 4x.

The Aruto we’re using here sits comfortable above 2 Trillion predictions per second. The big part of his fight is basically of Garou can keep up with Aruto’s billions of layered predictions. If he can’t, Garou will have a very difficult time fighting, possible not landing a single hit.

Is that within 50x AP gap? What I'm more worried about is the passive cosmic radiation than anything

Well, he’s gotta be able to touch Aruto for that AP to matter. Not only that, Aruto has decon in this form, so his AP doesn’t matter much I don’t think

Garou doesn't have passive cosmic radiation in this key, but he's 8x stronger based on the calc only.

At best Garou's Analytical prediction would scale to Atomic Samurai via being >Bang who's Atomic Samurai's rival. With Atomic Samurai being >>> his three disciples who were able to coordinate and cut 100,000 hair strands (33,333 hair strands each) coming from all directions, including underground and from the ceiling through sensing intent.
Wich would still be far worse compared to Kamen Rider's Analytical prediction.

This form also lacks the planet sized AOE dura neg his full monster form has.
Garou does start with a ginormous AP advantage, and can grow explosively in speed and power, so unless Zero-One has dura neg options he will soon be unable to harm Garou through AP alone.

Zero-One has deconstruction at the molecular level, which can turn Garou into this. Also, Zero-One was deliberately trying not to kill the guy in the clip, but this time it would be different due to SBA.
