Not that long ago, there was a Wizard upgrade thread that gave his Infinity Styles key a "possibly 3-A" addition. This was centred around the creation of the Magic Land through Sorcerer's Create Ring. However, seeing as the rating was only a "possibly", I wanted to gather a more solid rating if it could be helped. Plus, I had some concerns about the 3-A rating. I wanted to see if we could truly define its size. So, lets get into it:
Clarifying what happened
The feat in question isn't as simple as it may look. Once attaining the form of Infinity Dragon, Wizard overpowers and kills Sorcerer. That said, the Create Ring is destroyed in the process, which causes the original world Haruto is familiar with to return. So I guess this means we can't really use this feat for any scaling, huh? Actually, we can.
While the Magic Land was created via the Create Ring, that is not to say anybody with magic could've simply picked up the Ring and done that themselves. The Magic Land's society is proof of this alone. In that setting, magic is accessible to a majority of the human race, with those who cannot use it being seen as those with a disability. Even if everyone can utilize Mana, they are not all on the level of somebody like Sorcerer. Every citizen with Mana can become Kamen Rider Mage, but Wizard, Beast, and their stronger forms are clearly much stronger than them. Sorcerer is especially far stronger. When looking into who could be Sorcerer, Haruto straight up states that his magic would have to be on a level powerful enough to recreate the world. This is not a rare concept in Wizard. When Rings cannot be used by Mana users (with Drivers), their Driver will say "Error". Rings only say "Error" for the following reasons:
-Should a Ring be tailored to a certain Driver, it cannot be used. For example, Beast cannot use Wizard's Rings and Wizard cannot use the Eclipse Ring, as stated by Wiseman
-If a Magic User is out of Mana, any of their compatible Rings will cause an Error message to play should their use be attempted
Now given how Riders do present comparability between each other, it should be noted that Errors that result when a user still has Mana should not immediately mean one doesn't have enough Mana. The Drivers between each Rider in the season due vary meaning not all abilities will be compatible due to technical reasons. Given that Beast is shown complaining about how Haruto can use the Beast Rings, but not vice versa, this is supported. So from what we know now, the ability to use most Rings result from one's Mana. Meaning this isn't just a case of an ability specific rating/environmental destruction. Mana is what allows for Kamen Rider transformations in the first place, and through them, characters like Haruto can effectively fight Phantoms in close-quarters-combat.
Because of this, just the fact that Infinity Dragon overpowered Sorcerer means this feat is scalable.
The Magic Land's scale
How big is the Magic Land anyways? Its constantly referred to as a world, or to be more specific, the Japanese word sekai (世界) which translates to this. How do we know its existence extends beyond the planet though? Let's take a look.
During the scenes where the Magic Land is created, as well as vanishing, we see reality and space itself getting torn apart. This isn't just a visual interpretation though. According to Minister Omga's Zukan profile, reality itself was transformed when Sorcerer created the Magic Land. It isn't just reality and space that is affected, but time as well. There are several flashbacks from characters originating from this new universe. Additionally, history is different in a few ways. Instead of technology evolving in society, magic takes the centre stage.
So not only are the concepts of space, reality, and time shown being affected significantly when the universe is transformed into Magic Land, but we know that Sorcerer possessed the power to recreate the universe on this scale.

Here's what the Infinity Styles key for Wizard would look like if this revision were to be accepted:
Small Planet level (Fought evenly with Wiseman, who caused a solar eclipse, with Wiseman viewing Infinity Style's power as a threat and "as troublesome as he thought"), Universe level+ with Infinity Dragon Style (Overpowered and killed Kamen Rider Sorcerer, who was stated to possess the power needed to utilize the Create Ring, which recreated the world into an alternate universe, transforming reality, space, and time in the process), higher with Infinity Dragon Gold (Stronger than before)
Conclusions

Conclusions
- Wizard's Infinity Dragon Style is upgraded to Low 2-C
- Once Sorcerer earns a profile, he would be ranked at Low 2-C
