Kamen Rider Gaim Tier 1 Re-Evaluation

A re-evaluation of this thread by @Omazio2019.

Summary: The previous thread reached a consensus that Saver is Low 1-A by transcending all space-times and ascending to a higher plane where he is unbound by the material world, free of the cycle of Destruction and Creation, and detached from the multiverse.

However, I believe that Low 1-A is not a fitting tiering, and some members and staff seem to have no problem with 1-A, so I will explain why Saver should be 1-A instead.

Main Arguments​

First, it repeatedly asserts that Saver has become one with all of creation, transcending space and time. This is demonstrated by his ability to perceive an infinite plane of worlds and see countless stories within those worlds:

Everything before his eyes — everything he could feel was “the world”. Every space and every time was unfolding in front of him.
But there was no joy to be found there.
As he desperately tried to hold his sense of self together, he was drifting away through all of creations (Sanzen Sekai).
The infinite plane of worlds, each shining with its own history.

Further statements elaborate on how Saver will no longer be constrained by the material world. This transcendence not only frees him from physical limitations, but it also allows him to transcend life and death and escape the cycle of destruction and recreation that governs all of reality. The Woman of the Beginning, who has a similar existence to Saver, is not bound by physical space and can travel through time at will.

『To be more accurate, he’s something resembling an Overlord. He lost his physical body in the initial Apple Lockseed experiment and became a pure energy being. He’s no longer constrained by this material world. For that reason, he can appear in unexpected places and return from death many times over』

Saver also refers to transcendence as enlightenment, in which not only he, but all humanity, will become one with the world and vice versa. One in all. All in one. Reaching the state of omniscience and omnipotence altogether.

The believers gathered in the surge tank had their Pomegranate Lockseeds in their hands, which were now glowing a bright scarlet.
In that one moment, all of their thoughts and feelings were synchronized through the Pomegranate Lockseed.
They were together in Kugai Kudou’s world.
They were Kugai Kudou, and they were the world itself. They had reached a place of so-called omniscience and omnipotence, and were drenched in unprecedented euphoria.

Supportive Evidences​

In the Kamen Rider verse, human scientists can create a machine called the Space-Time Rupture Device, which was stated to transcend space, time, and dimensions.

Given the preceding arguments, Saver would not only scale above this, but his transcendence differs in that his plane of omnipotence and omnipresence is explicitly stated to be integration with all of creation and superior to material reality, thus undefined by any physical dimensions or quantity.

TLDR​

Kamen Rider Saver Low 1-A should be 1-A for the reasons stated above, his reasoning would be as follows:

Existed on a higher plane of "omnipotence and omnipresence," where he is integrated with all of creation and free of the material world. Transcended all space-time and the cycle of destruction and recreation that governs all reality.

I should point out that even if this thread is accepted, the profile should not be updated right away because I believe a scaling thread is required to address who will scale to this. The only change will be to the cosmology blog, with the Saver section being updated.
