i found two character in kamen rider might have abstract existence
-Kamen rider Mars:Kohgane is the manifestation of an artificial Golden Fruit created by an Over Lord in the past.As the embodiment of the artificial Golden Fruit, Kohgane can use the grasshopper-shaped Evil Seeds (邪悪の種 Jaaku no tane) to manipulate the Armored Riders of the World of Soccer into fighting each others.
-DJ Sagara(not rider):is the will of helheim.As the will of Helheim Forest, he doesn't have a physical body, but instead uses a hologram to communicate with humans.

I find those two having abstract existence unlikely:

First of all, i had watched Gaim and its movie but i found nothing about the Golden Fruit being abstract in general. The main point of AE is that the person must embody an concept or ideals like time or space. To my knowledge, the Golden Fruit isn't anything like that so KR Mars won't get abstract existence.

Same thing for DJ Sagara, Helheim isn't a concept so that ideal would be rejected from the beginning. You could argue for non-corporeal because he doesn't have a physical body but AE is unlikely.
