Well seeing as the OP specification are no longer in action for Kamado SBA assumes the strongest so 8-C+

This should be 9-A Tanjirou, since it says Natagumo Mountain Arc Tanjirou. Wick can definitely still win this, especially since he doesn't start with his Regen Neg in this key unless absolutely needed.

I doubt that, he has a lot of weaponry at his disposal. He's also got his marksmanship, something Tanjirou will have to deal with on the spot.

I don't think you understand. None of the weapons Wick has been given are 9-A, his weapons are still 9-B and there is ~1000x difference from high end to low end. Wick's weapons are definitely not High-End so they would not do anything.
