Vote Kakashi for Sharingan and he is the absolutely better fighter

Kakashi's stamina is ass in part 1. I'd say he's overall a better fighter with the Sharingan out than Hidan is, yes, but I don't think he'd have the stamina to put him down. It'd be a neat fight, I just think he'd run out of gas before he could deliver the finishing blow.

No, because my vote is that Hidan is able to win after Kakashi gets exhausted.

Kakashi's stamina was underwhelming before the war arc as well. Hidan's strategy is to outlast and get a scratch in, so voting Hidan.

can Kakashi use a genjutsu to fool Hidan and then when he thinks he won Kakashi deal the final blow?

If he can avoid getting injured before he starts using his Sharingan + figure out Hidan's immortality, he can try. But then again, Kakashi is famous for his Sharingan, so Hidan will probably avoid looking at it.
