1. Going by sheer stats, Zoro has this one in the bag. However, Kakashi's versatility(Elemental Ninjutsu, Clones, etc.) as well as his genius intellect could give him the edge. It really depends if they are blood lusted or in character. If it's the former, I give it to Zoro 9/10 times due to speed blitz. If it's the latter, I give it to Kakashi 6/10 times.

2. I give this to Kakashi 10/10 times. Kakashi is faster, has kamui hax, is far more versatile, and WAY smarter.
