Hmmm Kafka has better regen, on the higher end of large town level, the force from his punches funnily enough could weakened DSK for a moment by drying him off with the air pressure of his punches, but it'll constantly rain anyway so not really important.

The only problem is speed in which kafka scales to Mach 28, while DSK scales to....wait what speed does DSKs scale to again? Looking at the speed calcs from the lowest in the OPM section, it's from Iaian, someone who idk if DSK is currently stronger then and a stronger genos.

• Wet Deep Sea King is stronger than his Dry version, who is stated in his justification to be able to match Genos evenly who has a 156.75 Kilotons feat
• Kaiju No. 8 is scaling above a 414 Kilotons feat for fighting with Isao Shinomiya with the man saying if it wasn’t for his shield, KN8 would have already killed him with his punches, and with size manipulation, he is at 550 Kilotons

For Speed

• Wet Deep Sea King is far faster than his dry version, who is stated in his justification to equal to Genos, who is comparable, if not faster than Iaian, who has a… Massively Hypersonic feat… wait what. Why is character like Genos scales to High Hypersonic if Iaian is MHS? I have no idea what going on with the speed rating. I think I might make this a speed equal battle
