Kaido Electricity Manipulation (Again)

This was discussed in the past and it wasn't accepted but I figured since a bit more evidence has come out to support it then it might be worth looking at it again.

Kaido's Thunder Bagua attack in both the anime and digitally coloured manga is covered in purple electricity. Compared to Armament/Conqueor's clashes which are black & red lightning.

So can we consider this electricity manipulation with Thunder Bagua?

I still think it is haki, but since there is no better explanation to it's color, i agree with electricity.
