It can't, not unless Kai has EE resistance.
Im asking this as in can it be overpowered by higher AP
And even if It was ap based [it ain't], it won't matter because the EE is going to target his existence across all of time, so unless sperm Kai has low 1-C dura/Resistance to EE, he is going Erased.

Speed blitzing here on VBW is a lot more stringent and is a matter of a numbers.
Because across different fictions, characters can be 2x as fast to speed blitz and others 3x as fast and others 10x as fast and others 100x as fast and so on and so forth. VBW has made the general consensus that a character needs to be at least 7.5x faster than the other to speed blitz them. That number is exact.
So since speed starts equal here, you’d need to show us a statement that confirms that Spinjitzu is a 7.5x multiplier in speed. Otherwise it’s simply an unknown multiplier and cannot be used cannot be argued for speed blitzing. Speed amping sure but not blitzing.
And even then, all of that matters little when the fact exist they still need to at least perform a full body twirl to enter spinjitzu which Zeno squish of the the hand is still faster than a body twirl.

Kai has slower speed (FTL) so even if speed amp allow him to speed blitz Zeno it won't be accepted cause vsbw rule won't allow character with slower speed can speed blitz via speed amp in a speed equal match. And that is if we assume that Kai can speed amp at that level, 7.5x speed

Sperm Kai doesn't [this is assuming that the ee is ap based, because it isn't, I'm just even if It was, it doesn't matter]
And Kai has to spin his body like a ballerina, spin even faster, and then move to zeno [this is assuming the amp is blitz worthy, and if it is, the mat has won't be added] that entire sequence is still a lot longer than zeno clinching his fist and erasing Kai.
