Why are we constantly pitting characters who have exactly one way of winning against others with superior overall stats?

Sigh... but with speed equalized Ishtar can just nuke Kaguya from Venus, so the Archer actually has a chance here.

Infinite Tsukuyomi isn't working due to Goddess' Divine Core, and when trying to kill Ishtar always resorts to the most destructive outcome.

I literally combed through the Tier 5 section and she was the best candidate. It's hard finding characters with similar stats.

She's not even tier 5 tho, she's tier 5 with a noble phantasm.

She can even grow to a size Larger than Venus though. I thought That at least would even it out a little.
