I don't know Chisato much. It seems that The Nurse definitely has lifting strength and better stealth perks and amps. IDK if Chisato performs when dealing with stealth opponent, but I have a notable anti-feat: Chisato being hit by the car and in the same episode (Episode 6), when her eyes get covered by blood, she is just getting hit again and again. It is a huge anti-feat for Chisato when dealing with stealth opponent. So if The Nurse hit first and debuffs Chisato, it is nearly a game over for Chisato.

Honestly I realized that Nurse may be too powerful against Chisato. Her power already works through walls without any tells and can be used any distance. I'll change it to The Trickster. Guy has a love for the dramatic so he probably won't stealth very often and it'll be very cool to see Chisato dodge a barrage of throwing knives

It would get the battle much closer, but The Trickster's lifting strength is still an advantage. Therefore, I'm leaning to Inconclusive since The Trickster can be gunned down in long range or Chisato can be taken down with common killer haxes.

Looking at it, yeah, not that great. Honestly his best bet is to mess up her reload and dodging with Unnerving and Overwhelming. Though if he does land a hit, it will be lethal due to Knock-out and Sloppy Butcher causing concussions and heavy injuries respectively

Honestly Chisato outskill him as well, sure his skill on knife-play was good but other than that he's severly outclassed in every aspect
Doesn't mention she can outranged him as well with her armaments, while one hit from the knife can be lethal, it would be hard to land it to her

So yeah i'm going with Chisato here
