how is it spite when they are both the same tier with similiar abilities? I also have not made any Threads regarding fairytail besides that one vs Fiamma

Isnt't Juvia ability passive peresident effect? Well she was hit with rocks from behind (as a child in retrospecion) and it passed through her.
