Actually, while we are added, we should upgrade Naruto to Tier 0 Durability and Attack Potency with plot armor Talk-no-Jutsu because he can use it to calm down a lowball Tier -1 Obito who, as I no doubt convinced you all, was able to transcend into an existence greater than anything imaginable until plot Naruto calmed him down.
