Eyes of heaven GER is regarded as having infinite speed with its RTZ. So i was thinking, is the GER in the jorge joestar novel the same? I heard people say that RTZ works differently in the novel. Need confirmation about this

from what i saw, his use of RTZ was done by swinging his fist to the air and so the enemy is BFR'ed somewhere they can't die or even want to come back, just wander around forever, he can also throw giorno somewhere devoid of life and dead to survive universes ending.
