Would we rate Wiseman the Wicked from NIGHTS the same way we rate Dreamy Bowser ? The World of Dreams each have a dreamer, who each series of dreams seems to take place in their own time & space. Wiseman threatened to destroy all dreams & the concept of dreams ( which would include every dream ever produced ) altogether, but was defeated only when 7 Ideya was collected ( Yes, it's pretty similar to Sonic the Hedgehog ) . They aren't just dreams per say, but the Owl says it is an alternate realm you create subconsciously , and you come and go from said realm whenever you wake up . Wouldn't that equal the same rating as Bowser, or in other words, 2-B ? WIseman also is the creator / embodiment of the abstract concept of Nightmares, if that even a bit of sense.
