Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair

then watch the anime adaptation:

Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Highschool (Despair Arc)/DanganRonpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Highschool (Future Arc)

[You can either pick which one you want to watch first before the other with the risk of being spoiled or just watch each season's episodes simultaneously which is going to be a pain in the ass but no risk of getting spoiled because they were released at the same time.] Normally, Future Arc is the first chapter and Despair Arc being the second chapter but can't still risk being spoiled. So, would 100% recommend doing it simultaneously.
