speed is equal in the first match so that's a no .

and for the bonus match against SK yhwach where the speed isn't equal , Almighty's passives are faster than thoughts so julius get negged.

That's his EE iirc. His time stop can appear at the opponent (or he chooses where it will appear)

the profile seems to indicate that it is linked to the use of his time magic so unless it was stated to be "on" all the time i will treat it as an active ability .

Time Restraint: Chrono Stasis is not EE it's even on his profile. Also the profile states it needs time to complete. "his spell appears to have a short activation time before the spell completes itself."

Also if his precog is unknown then it's not passive, you need proof that it's passive.

Yhwach has greater AP Greater defence But Julio's is faster and has time hax. He could just blitz and trap yhwach in a time loop . Yhwach has the almighty so he could see the future but can he react to Julius speed?

for round 1 where speed is equal , yhwach just have to use his Thought based TK to one shot . Julius could do something but unfortunately his awnsers require more steps and because their speed is equal it will lead to his defeat

yhwach : think and julius is dead (1 action)

julius : think to either speed amp himself or precog and then have to attack/dodge ( 2 actions). His time stop could lead to an incon but it seems to have a delay between the activation and the effect taking place so it is still slower than thought.

if in round 1 , speed was unequal , then julius would stomp as he is massively faster baseline without having to spend an action to speed amp himself . so he would just blitz and erase


for the bonus round , where speed isn't equal, Almighty power null opponents passively . Passive are faster than anything unless you have immeasurable or irrelevant speed iirc . Any special power beside raw AP is nulled .

in the bonus round of julius vs Soul King Yhwach , as soon as the fight start , julius is already powernulled wich pretty much spell his doom .
