Julius can like, see into future and teleport to stop him in time. He is naturally MFTL and can amp himself with Time Acceleration/Mana Zone so he also can blitz

Julius doesn't have to kill him. Once he activates Mana Zone he can foresee what's going to happen while shittalking to Misogi and see his abilities in action, that's already when he is under time acceleration

I mean....Kumagawa was going to erase the concept of time in one of the novels. He had to finish sth before 6. So he said i can just erase time so that 6 would never come.

Also erasing people's powers is very in character for Kumagawa. Keep that in mind.
