So I came across this calc recently, and it's currently used to give Gojo's Blue technique a Class G rating. I don't think this calc should be used, though - at least in its current state. Why? Well, let's get into it.
Problem 1: Surface Area Assumption
So the first problem arises here:
We don't do this. A half torus and a sphere are completely different shapes and have completely different surface area to volume ratios, so you can't just arbitrarily make a conversion like this. You'd need to use the surface area for a half torus itself.
Problem 2: Using Compression for Pulling
The second problem comes from the use of compression for this calc, despite what the feat itself is.
As can be seen in both the manga and the anime, we can see Gojo's Blue uprooting the ground around him. However, there is no evidence for the "crushing the ground" part at all, so using compression does not work here.
Problem 3: Assuming the Entire Area is Pulled at Once
Lastly, the calc uses the entire area that's pulled out. However, this would assume that Gojo's Blue pulls out the entirety of the area at once.
As can be seen in both the manga and the anime, this is not the case. The second page of the gallery for the manga pages shows that only some of the ground is pulled out at the moment, rather than the entire area. The anime then confirms this, as Gojo is shown actively moving Blue around to pull in the ground, with the ground being pulled out as Gojo moves it rather than it being all pulled out at once.
Conclusion
This is a bunch of yapping for me to say: the Class G Blue calc should be removed from the verse page and any profile that uses it. If the calc can be redone in some form, that would help too, though I feel the scenes we see of this moment don't really give us much to work with.
That's all from me. Now, I open the floor for discussion!

So the first problem arises here:
Using this site, I get a volume of 941.7754479791 m3. Gotta cut that in half due to it only being half a torus. 470.88772399. [...] By transferring that volume to the dimensions of a sphere, I get a surface area of 292.7 m2.
