I wouldn't be surprised if his output was lower than Ryu's there, that's right. Shinjuku Yuta is less durable than Ryu, yet he was taking Dismantles and even Cleaves like a champ.

This has zero textual support, making it headcanon. Rika's two states are Partial and Complete Manifestation. Complete Rika was comparable to Ryu, Partial Rika was one-shot. It's never suggested that she's particularly weak after 5 minute mode ends.

No? SHE counters Hakari by having big AoE and EXTREMELY lethal attacks that should logically be able to take out even JP Hakari. Hakari counters people with less lethal attacks such as Ryu or like Yuji which is why him winning against two of the most lethal characters in the verse so impressive
