I don't think Gojo dodged at all tbh
We know Sorcerers can feel a spark before a big move (1,2,3) and the Six Eyes is especially good at seeing CE.
But even with that we aren't exactly sure if Dismantle would count as a "big move" or at least big enough. But lets assume it does.

Gojo with his Six Eyes allowing him to see said spark would know a technique is coming (add Sukuna literally saying it outloud), but he was surprised to see the slash hit the building behind him. And Infinity would not "deflect" it either.
Sukuna aimed at the building and cut it so it would fall towards Gojo and his infinity would stop it.
Then Sukuna would press Gojo with amplification to force him to stop his limitless, leading to their clash inside the building.
At no point did Gojo actually see Sukuna's slash, and that's why Sukuna had to call back all the way to Mahoraga in Shibuya for comparison when thinking about Maki cause that was the last time someone could see his technique.
 
Yeah, Gojo was just looking surprised because nothing came out then the building behind him got cut in half, Sukuna aimed it to the building.

I'm sure Gojo noticed when Sukuna was activating dismantle and switching to DA, Kashimo said Sukuna switches too fast and it's too refined, but since Gojo has the 6-eyes; Sukuna can't best him in that

Being physically on special grade level isn't enough, Yuki was beating Kenjaku and Kenjaku assumed she has a high output attack because jujutsu highs criteria for special grades is just that strict

Nah.. the Higher-Ups classified Yaga as Special Grade, yet he lacked a high output attack or even a domain

It's already explained in there. Just split between AP and SS to reduce the info dumb in single tab. Her AP section is already bulk.

I say we put the Star Rage explanation in AP, and add into Striking Strength "blah blah blah she's a physical attacker should scale to AP". Higher with Garuda doesn't make much sense, it's higher with Star Rage.

Brother Garuda has star rage 🗿 just SS & AP are listed seperately that's all.

Also she can have burnout but Garuda won't because it's a Shikigami just like Rika & its power would scale to the CT while Yuki base sts wouldn't have the amp from star rage.

That goes into the weaknesses section. Also, Garuda isn't constantly using Star Rage either? Idk where you got that from.
