Shouldn't he have it since Juggernaut avatars are described to be immortal and need no sustenance?

Also could we add another key to him where he gets amped up by Cytorrak again with the added removal of his mind manipulation vulnerabilities even without his helmet?

That would be the case. We should probably give him type 3 immortality because of his mid-level Regenerationn, too.
