Maybe. You see JoJo is incredibly well trained at this point and Lee is an expert fighter who even in the graphic novel is compariable to Scott in skill. Not saying you're wrong but I'm not convicted on that just yet

Possibly. Except I'd also argue Jonathan isn't exactly super skilled with it as of yet and he's fighting someone at least as strong as him with better martial arts skills.

Jonathan is much smarter than Lee, he uses Hamon to instantly knock out Lee and heals from any damage Lee might cause
