Jonathan Joestar vs. Hajime Hinata

If I remember, Goku also did telekinesis on the water, but that's filler, so whatever.

Before we derail this even harder, this should be put on hold, as we don't know, if the High 8-C or 8-B upgrade will happen.

He can apparently mimic hamon because he can copy fighting styles although verse equalization and lack of feats of doing something comparable lead me to trust that he cant man .

anyone can replicate the power of hamon if they have working lungs, they just need to know the method or get punted in the diaphragm

There isn't even NLF in here, also why still go for the Hamon topic?

It is not exactly super natural per se. It has two rules.

You can breathe? You can control it? Congratulations! You can use Hamon.

It isn't like copying the Almighty. It is pretty simple and power mimicry is basically just copying abilities.

I get that it sounds like an NLF, but on paper he can.

Which comes the verse equalization debae .

Also thats not quite true .

Potency exists. Jonathan was stated to have a shit ton. Lisa Lisa has three times of joseph. Etc .

It's still true. Speedwagon could make light Hamon if Zeppeli didn't "mess up" his punt. It's not very strong, but it's still Hamon breathing.

Is it even required for the fight?

While I don't know if Izuru would try to replicate Hamon, I do believe that Izuru could win with mid difficulty, because of the whole precog, which can see into days/years (Supposedly better than Hagakure, who saw the future in this timeframe)

The bunch of martial arts can give him a giant variety of ways to fight (If that makes sense)

And Izuru should be comparable if not better than Imposter, who replicated the same ability to fight as Kyosuke, but idk.

The problem is that majority of his abilities come with prep and equipment he does not have.

I believe he would be able to replicate Hamon. Would he be good at it? No. Would it be rhythmtic and strong? No. Would he still have some form of it at his disposal and the capability of using any form of it? Ye.

At least youre not claiming he can replicate gamon perfectly.

Personally within my opinion. Going from the profile jonathan would be able to ohko him with one hamon move. Assuming jonathan puts forth effort. The hamon can enflict organ failure and shock and also control his body or mind control .

Which would probably be what he goes for as most users dont even think jonathan would make contact with hajime which would force jonathan far deep into a corner .

Also still making mention of the fact jonathan almost one tentyh of dio .

The recent additions were pretty minor, most needing prep but some actually aren't and Izuru still has an advantage with the original things he had, specially Ultimate Analyst, Ultimate Luck and Ultimate Martial Artist. So, the persistent Hamon topic needs to be dropped.

I come back to thread.

137 bloody messages people.
I don't even remember what the vote count is anymore lol. And a lot of this has been debate on whether Izuru could mimic JoJo's Hamon or not, and if he could keep him from using his organ failure/mind control hax on him.

Now that I think about it, Hajime can just pick up rocks or blunt objects of some sort and throw them at JoJo until he dies, since Leon could damage a Monokuma by throwing Hiro's crystal ball at it.

@Homu

Leon should be superior to humans that can fragmentize chairs in one hit

And be comparable to Souda who survived a close ranged explosion without many problems

Monokuma is an 8-C, and Leon could damage him, which most certainly makes him not just a normal human. And, by holding all of the talents from Hope's Peak, Hajime has the same abilities as Leon. Therefore, Hajime can throw things with Building level SS.

In Danganronpa IF, Leon chucks Hagakure's crystal ball at a Monokuma, severely damaging it and sending it flying into a wall.

Seeing as his talent is the Ultimate Baseball Star, being so skilled at throwing things isn't too out of the question. Sakura would be superior to him in combat, easily, but another thing to note is that the crystal ball he threw would likely be denser than Sakura's fists, so that could very well be an explanation for why he could harm a Monokuma while she could not.

First of all, do you realize that it was a glass ball that Hiro had, not crystal?

Secondly, Sakura is regarded as superior to Gozu who did the 8-C feat. Even if it's a crystal ball, pretty sure an 8-C punch can destroy it just fine.

I think you missed my point. The glass ball has a much higher density than Sakura's fist, so even if it's thrown with less force, it carries much more kinetic energy with it.

More Density or not, doesn't change the fact Leon is ridiculously weaker than Sakura. And thus, making the feat is outlier IF it's even legit in the first place anyway.

But we don't have any clear proof that Leon is ridiculously weaker than Sakura. And again, the glass ball should have about under three times the mass of Sakura's fist, so Leon could be half as strong as Sakura but still strong enough to damage a Monokuma by throwing the glass ball at it. And again, Leon's special talent is baseball; it isn't too ludicrous to presume that he can throw things really fast.

We also don't have any clear proof either that Leon is even come close to Sakura's level.

I would say being the best martial artist in the world would guarantee you quite above someone whose talent only the best in baseball.

Maizono chose to attempt to kill him even though his talent should make him like the 3rd strongest person physically in the school

Yep, Even Hagakure was a better choice...

But he DID manage to not get shot by a helicopter, so she was screwed since the beginning.

I would say third person physically in the 78th class is Mondo.
