Buddy, you better equalize speed, otherwise Akira blitzes my boi Optimus. That aside, Akira hax stomps Optimus. He can transmute him, freeze him, etc. Optimus can't do anything sadly.

If you want to put an IDW character against someone with hax, you need to use Shockwave or Nova Prime. Otherwise it's probably gonna be a stomp.
