Dire damages Jonathan and takes a hit at the same time

This is Post-Tarkus Jonathan, who is now City Block level, Jonathan clearly gets damaged by Dire's Thunder Split Attack and Dire also takes Jonathan's headbutt with similar damage

Also, before "He was only damaged because of the headbutt", a headbutt would not send Jonathan backwards, and a headbutt is basically crashing your head into the other's head, the damage will be done to both combatants.

Part 1 Straizo would also scale to this, as he and Dire are considered equals

Yes, Jonathan was only concerned for Dire because of Vaporizing Freeze, he even says it's because of an ability that Dire doesn't know about

Well, Straizo fighting Joseph was after he became a vampire, and we don't know how Lisa Lisa was trained, but he was able to kill the other Hamon users at once and a single kick split Speedwagon's head open
