Self-explanitory. It feels like there's too little differences not to merge them, and it's not like the PHF novel really messes up anything canon... so yeah.

Necro but I heavily agree with this. For once, something is dubiously canon at worst. Also, unrelated, but apparently Strohiem and Bad Company are mentioned at some point in the book for some reason. There are no plot holes from what I can tell from the summary. Clearly Araki approves of it since he himself made the illistations for it. The fact that PHF is referenced several times in All Star Battle just emphasizes that it's canon.

It's extended canon at best. It doesn't matter if Araki provided illustrations or has even read it, it's not created by him and isn't even in the same medium (manga).

The only way for it to be direct canon is of course direct confirmation. I believe that's how continuity and canon should be determined. So no, I disagree with merging any direct canon and extended canon profiles.

Nothing remotely implies it's non-canon. It clearly takes place in the same context and nothing remotely seems like a plot hole. This isn't like Jorge Joestar where every other sentence contradicts the source material.

You've got it backwards - canon needs to be stated, non-canon doesn't.

There's no statement existing that proves it is direct canon.

He assisted in working on it. Arn't things like this canon by default unless contradictions are found or stated otherwise (Hell, judging by the verse profile this wiki considered GT canon at some point)

All he did was provide illustrations afaik. That's not working on the story.

If you really wish you can tweet Araki and ask him what he thinks about it but as it stands you really need some sort of statement saying it is canon.
