The AP between Johnny and Nero is so huge that Nero can essentially one tap Johnny, though Jojo has his infinite rotation hax so it could honestly go either way if Johnny plays the battle smart with his wormholes and manages to shoot Nero first with the infinite rotation then he wins but other than that, Nero should swipe Johnny quite easily in every other category.
So for now I will vote for Nero until another one makes a case for Johnny
