Johnny Joestar Vs Johnny Test

Creating this match up because of the names. I know Test's AP is much higher than Joestar's, but Joestar has hax advantage.

Both in character and SBA, speed equal. ACT 4 Johnny and first key Johnny Test.

They become friends because they have the same name:
 
Since it's ACT 4 and SBA, they start 4km apart. Johnny would likely initiate the Infinite Rotation.

Johnny uses the horse power and amplify his rotation to infinite, literally. Generating infinite energy, ACT 4 is able to penetrate Love Train dimensional walls, aka multiple universes of distance (??) protecting Valentine. When it hit the target, ACT 4 makes them spin infinitely, their souls as well. They will soon be erased.

There are other stuff like Infinite Rotation being able to force your body to obey the laws of physics and it follows you even if you go to other universes.

All previous, plus Energy Projection with laser guns, Hair Manipulation with Hair Tonic X300 and Hairdo Ray, Underwater Breathing (Type 1; via the Fish Ray), Size Manipulation via Shrink Ray, Flight via Turbo Action Backpack, Time Travel with Turbo Teahouse Time Machine and Scoots/Sonic Super Scooter, Time Manipulation with Turbo Time Rewinder (Can pause and rewind people for up to 5 minutes) and Saturday Repeater Machine (Automatically rewinds time to the most previous Saturday), Time Stop with the Time Stopping Stop Watch, Memory Manipulation (Also with the Turbo Time Rewinder, when Hugh got angry at Susan & Mary for breaking his bowling ball, his memories from the incident were wiped out once Mary used it on him, and he thought Johnny was the culprit instead), Mind Manipulation with Mind Controlling Collars & Belts, Possession with Mega Action Game Controller (When pointed at someone, Johnny can control them as if they were a video game character), Life Manipulation (The Static Animator can bring inanimate objects to life and increase their size, including a bunch of toys), Transmutation (The Bubble Love Gum turned Gil into a gorilla), Statistics Amplification via Super Strength Milkshake (Made Johnny physically stronger and taller), Super Smarty Pants (Automatically increases his intelligence once worn) and Bionic arm (Increased Johnny's power and reaction speed by 3000%), Earth Manipulation with Atomic Earth Dozer, Resurrection with Replenish Ray (Brought back zombies from the dead in Johnny Zombie Tea Party), Duplication with the Clone Hopper, Invisibility with Electro Chromatic Blanket, Paralysis Inducement with Paralysis Gas Breath Spray (Stuns whoever is in range of the spray), Gravity Manipulation with Magnetic Device (As shown in the episode Johnny Degrees Below Zero), Smoke Manipulation and Sleep Manipulation with Smelly Perfume (Anyone who smells the perfume will be knocked out for 10 minutes) and The Supreme Dream Machine (will make the person who gets hit with it fall asleep for 8 hours), Subjective Reality (Can bring fictional characters to life), Morality Manipulation with Attitude Alternator (Makes anyone's personality the complete opposite when hit)

Johnny's abilities with his Susan and Mary's equipment. May or may not have been a good idea to post.
 
Just to remind, Johnny Joestar need to charge up energy with his horse to perform Infinite Rotation and it need to hit Johnny Test first to embued the effect (although he can still call out Tusk normally)
 
It have been a while since i've read SBR so i might be wrong but Infinite Rotation shouldn't take too long to charge up though.
 
It doesn't have a charge time, it's literally just a matter of spinning using the energy of the golden rectangle, this could take a second, to a few seconds, to even less than a second, it's more about timing then actual charging, it's optimally performed using the horse's natural running, but of course, Johnny can cheat this though, in fact his very first instance of using Act 4 was done without riding the horse, instead he used a steel ball to kick himself, transferring that natural energy into his spin.
 
It automatically tracks the target, even if it misses and hits something else, it'd come back till it strikes the designated foe. Honestly the best counter to it is allowing yourself to get hit, and then quickly ripping off the limb or body part that got hit before Act 4 can spread it, and hit Johnny with the Uno reverse card by tossing your limb at him.

Though that's probably not something one could do without prior info and help or the ability to rip yourself apart, Though that's how it was countered in verse, Diego let himself get hit and used his Stand TW to quickly chop off his own leg.

Then Johnny realizing it's a homing attack can use one of his equipment to stop it. Maybe something like his Turbo Time Rewinder will help here.
 
How would he realize it? If he misses, it's gonna come from behind him, or even in the form of a 2D image spread across a surface like it did when Johnny missed Diego and went back to hit him.

Which is an issue for the latter, as Test can't see or perceive Act 4, he'd have no idea it's coming even if he was looking straight at it (though he should be able to see the nails itself, the Stand is something he can't tell even exists).

Damn, that's OP asf.

The only way I see this being fair is if Test is bloodlusted.
 
Time stop also doesn't effect Act 4 (It'll stop the bullets it's imbued in, but not the Spin/Stand itself, both of those can act in stopped time).
Neither does BFR, spatial hax, some probability shit and some other things but those TBD.

The most dangerous thing I could see on that list is the time rewind shit, that's the most troubling thing here.
